Structural monitoring
Monitor bridges, slopes and water levels without a site visit
Structures are checked by hand, and slopes and tanks often stand far from power and the internet. CHESTER reads the sensors on site, runs for 3+ years on batteries and sends the data over LTE-M or NB-IoT, or through a satellite unit beyond coverage.

Reference
Statotest sells structural monitoring on its own firmware
Statotest’s sensors measure displacement, vibration and tilt. It writes its own firmware on the open CHESTER SDK, and we support it. At the town hall in Česká Lípa nine CHESTER units watch the roof and the tower.
24
strain gauges and dilatometers, 12 of each, on the Vilémov railway bridge, read by six CHESTER units
Read Statotest reference“Our sensors deliver precise data on structural conditions, and in combination with the CHESTER platform, that data takes on an entirely new dimension.”
Adapted for you
We designed it, so we can change it
Statotest and DeltaVue build on the platform themselves. For Skanska we added an ultrasonic sensor, for ZAT a module for cathodic protection.
