Found a security vulnerability in a HARDWARIO device, its firmware, HARDWARIO Cloud or one of our websites? Tell us. We will work with you on a fix and disclose it in a coordinated way.
Report a vulnerability
Write to our security contact in English or Czech. Describe the affected product and version, the vulnerability and how to reproduce it.
- We confirm receipt within 3 working days.
- We send our first assessment within 10 working days.
- We disclose the vulnerability in coordination with you within 90 days of your report, earlier once a fix is available.
The terms, including the good-faith research we authorise, are in our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
