At the end of September, we took part in the IoT Tech Expo in Amsterdam. This time, we really stood out among the exhibitors. While most stands focused on software and artificial intelligence, we showcased what we do best – hardware. And that gave us a clear competitive edge and drew strong interest from visitors.
We gained around 50 new contacts, which we are now processing. We also noticed an improvement in the relevance of visitors and the quality of presenters. Admittedly, we were still approached by several vendors (especially in the field of connectivity), but we view the overall shift as positive.
One other moment caught our representative's attention at the fair. A young visitor, almost a boy, stopped by our stand. Dressed like a businessman, he asked technical questions at the level of a university student. Pavel Hübner engaged with him with great enthusiasm. Who knows, maybe we'll meet him again in a few years when signing a business contract.
HARDWARIO has long supported young people. We cooperate with secondary schools and universities; our people lecture at Unicorn University in Prague, for example. Students from secondary schools in Liberec come to us for internships, many of whom have found their first job with us.
"The future of not only IoT belongs to the younger generation," says our CEO and CTO Pavel Hübner.
