We have been dedicated to electronics development for almost 8 years, with experience in designing both analog and digital circuits. Design with wireless protocols is familiar to us, including Bluetooth Low Energy, LoRaWAN, GPS, and many more. We test all devices and can also ensure certification as needed.

EMBEDDED SOFTWARE

In the development of embedded software, we are capable of developing specific firmware for a given device, working with STM32, Nordic processors, as well as Embedded Linux. We are able to work with communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, RS485, RS232, SPI, and USB.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

We have our own mechanical workshop where we can prepare and assemble your device. Additionally, we offer the possibility of custom modifications using a CNC milling machine and UV printer, including the option of custom printing on the casing.

Rychlé osazení vzorků

Naše služby zahrnují rychlé ruční osazení vzorků, které zahrnuje osazení SMD součástek a zapečení v peci, stejně jako ruční napájení THT součástek. S důrazem na precizní práci a kvalitu vám garantujeme spolehlivé výsledky. Pro větší objemy můžeme zajistit osazení na automatech u našich EMS partnerů.

Příprava mechaniky

Nejdříve vytvoříme prototyp ručně za pomocí kvalitního ručního nářadí, abychom mohli získat co nejpřesnější představu o výsledném produktu. Máme také možnost vytvořit 3D model a vytisknout na 3D tiskárně pro zkoušku složitějších mechanik. Poté můžeme přenést náš návrh do finální verze na CNC frézce, kde bude vše uděláno s maximální přesností a kvalitou.

Máme zde plně vybavený dílenský stůl, všemi možnými šroubováky, klíčemi, vrtáky, ručními přístroji.

Testování elektroniky

K dispozici máme ruční testování elektroniky pomocí moderních multimetrů, osciloskopů a měřících sond. Ale máme i možnost vše otestovat za pomocí automatických testerů, které si děláme sami. Díky těmto pokročilým nástrojům jsme schopni provádět důkladné testy a diagnostiku vašich elektronických zařízení.

Test odolnosti

Pokud potřebujete zjistit, jak se vaše zařízení chová za různých podmínek a jaké jsou jeho limity, nabízíme testování odolnosti pomocí klimatické komory. V naší komoře můžeme simulovat různé teplotní a vlhkostní podmínky, abychom zjistili, jak vaše zařízení reaguje na extrémní prostředí. Díky těmto testům můžeme poskytnout cenné informace o spolehlivosti a odolnosti vašich produktů v reálných podmínkách provozu.

Potisk vaším designem

Můžeme Vám nabídnout UV potisk špičkové kvality. Vlastníme UV tiskárnu Roland MO-240, která patří k těm nejlepší na světě. Potisk se dá tisknout téměř na jakýkoliv povrch, na objekty s výškou maximálně 10 cm. Nabízíme barevný tisk CMYK, bílý potisk, parciální lesklý nebo matný lak, ale i všechny tyto varianty najednou.
